Hi, Xperia Z is advertised as water resistant phone. My phone has suddenly stopped working since yesterday and when I contacted the authorized service center, JS MOBILE CARE at 17-85/C/106, Shop No: 13, 1st Floor, Annapurna Complex Opp Srinivasa Electronics, Chaitanyapuri, I was asked to pay around 18000 for repair asn states that it is water damage. Am I that fool to use such an expensive mobile phone in water without taking care of the caps or the advertises Sony is making is just to make people fool and betrayed of this product?
I called Xperia customer care and spoke to Annop,
When I requested for a supervisor, he says supervisor is busy and cant talk right now. What the **** is supervisor doing apart from taking care of his customers.

I want to escalate the issue t the higher escalation level as false advertising is displayed everywhere. I would greatly appreciate if I can get this handset replaced ASAP with out any extra charge as it is still under warranty.
