Dear sir, My self Budhibaban jena and i am a aircel prepaid customer of orissa. I had recharged my mobile number which is 9853110738 by rs 68 through online (web recharge) on 15th february. Before recharging i have 0.01 balance in my account. When recharge successful, i got a sms on my number like this- 207:Transaction numberORR12021512381000625 to recharge 68 INR is successful.please check your balance.free gaane bajao! call53000@rs3/min for dialer tunes. sender: DD-Etopup. When i check balance, the recharge amount does not credited to my account and my balance was 0.01 as before. I have not received any balance to my account yet. I had recharged Rs 68 through online because i had seen a pop up screen on your website which is aircel.com that recharged with rs 68 through online and you will get full talk time in ur main balance. Therefore i request to the concern authority to look in to the matter and do the needful. Thanking you, Budhibaban jena
