Sir this is varun, and the issue of complaint is:

1. Aircell automatically activate a Dialer tone on my mobile on 22nd of Jan. without awaring me about this and deduct a rs. 30/- balance from my account.

when i complaint about this to the customer care exective they put my complaint in process and said it can b activated by your confirmation and all.

2. i call them on 121 alot of times, but they cant solve my query then i said ok u can activate it when i confirm then the tone is not ringing on my mobile.i put a complaint against it which is still under process today is 11th of feburary..how mch time it take to process..n their CCE think we are fool, sometimes they disconnect, nver give me the correct information.

plz. take neccessary actions against them.

it is not the matter of little price..but it is the matter about company repo, hw they treat theri customers..
