Hi,

Very poor consumer service from aircel.

Am jaiganesh from chennai & my mobile number is 9841687321 & 9710976984. I have processed the migration form by the date 22nd April at Little mount office. They said that my line will get disconnected on 25th April since my billing date is 26th of every month. But till now they didn't process it, i called to customer care several times unfortunately all are providing the same answers that it will be processed. Since the migration from prepaid to postpaid is happening within 24hrs but reverting it you are taking this much of time..? (!). Am using aircel for past 8 years & feding up with this type of processes.

so many follow-up's done but they are not responding to anything.. They are ready to save the tigers but not there's customers..
