International roaming activation

Dear sir/madam,

i had been using an AIRCEL sim card, when i was in india. now, i have moved to saudi arabia for a period of 3 months. i couldn't able to use the roaming feature and i couldnt access either of the 3 network (mobily, al-jawal or zain).

i called aircel's customer care @ 9842012345, but they failed to resolve my issue.

can you please help me activating international roaming for my number.
