BLOODY MISGUIDANCE AND HARASSMENT CAUSED BY AIRTEL!!!

Greetings from an aggrieved Customer!

This is Vikram Sethi. I.E Prepaid customer of Airtel. i.e. 9915997289 or 9915997389.On 30 Apr.2010's night. I got too many problems from Airtel and that's

why I had to call to 121 or 198 for making complaints or conduct inquiries. Yesterday, I needed an emergency help from

customer care Executive. But, what I found was my number was blocked and was unable to talk to customer care executive on 121 and

198.Due to that I faced a heavy inconvenience and didn't get any help from Airtel. I visited the Retailer and He also was unable to help me

and told me to contact customer care executive. But CCE was not accessible from both of my numbers 9915997289 and 9915997389.

Then I made a call from a Airtel Postpaid number of any helpful stranger on the road and Talked to customer care executive. He told me I am unable to help you and asked me call to Prepaid helpline and When I told CCE's number is blocked and I need an immediate help. Then He gave a number 09815098150 and assured me that this will be definitely helpful and soothing experience and you will be able to talk to CCE. But this time too, I was unable to talk to CCE from my AIRTEL numbers and Then I called from TATA INDICOM'S number 9256475375 and pressed 9 to talk to customer care executive voice says this number is invalid. This time too you got flunked heavily to serve a customer

and harassed and looted the customer. My 3 minutes from TATA INDICOM got wasted on a PATHETIC 121.

121 and 198 both numbers are meant to harass and annoy customers. These both numbers are in DOGHOUSE. They don't give adequateoptions and mislead the poor customers. Format is completely designed to nark the customer. It doesn't give a direct option to talk to customer care executive. Its our right to get customer care AIRTEL is legally entitled to serve this 24*7 without any restrictions and why do AIRTEL block CCE numbers??? What do they think??

Are we idle or Jobless? And we are fond to call 121 and get TIME-PASS from hellish and most devilish 121 service of Airtel.

From 10 May, AIRTEL is making this helpline paid. Don't we know its wicked strategy to loot the customers by making an excuse that some insincere customers do time pass on 121 and 2nd feeble excuse they give is that they can't afford the call centre's expenses,

which is a damn white lie!!! Don't we know BHARTI GROUP needs a huge money on the account of BHARTI- ZAIN deal in south africa.

Its good to explore business and will make BHARTI GROUP an Indian Multinational that will of course make every indian Proud, But by plundering Indian customers you are accruing money to buy South African company. Its a hall of shame and most denouncingact!!! TRAI'S Permission to Airtel to loot customers by charging them on talking to CCE is also denouncing! and making the Indian

consumer more insecure!!! Its absolutely abominating and repugnant act of BHARTI GROUP. But don't dare to forget Portability is about to come and customers will get power once again.

Your Internet speed is absolutely sucking!!! Some times It takes 3 to 5 minutes to open an already optimized Well-Renowned GOOGLE.CO.IN . Vas services get activated without customer's consent. Balance gets deducted without any sms notice or any message Retailers and AIrtel Relationship

centers are just for showpiece on the Roads and unable to help and ask to call customer care and what a bloody Irony!!! Customer care number is blocked!!! And bloody hellish MISGUIDANCE is given to customer who presses 9 for talking to CCE. An automated voice says'' send sms in 130 characters

about your problem and inquiry and we will take care your concern with in next 24 hours''And when sends and an SMS to 121 He gets the same annoying menu. Hence its Phone's Battery, Patience, Temper and above all his most precious time gets wasted. In this way Airtel is be fooling and snubbing his innocents customers.

Who gave a right to AIRTEL to exploit us??? If you can't serve us in a decent manner, Then shut the company down!!! Where can we find a support!!???

I know, They will not be able to understand the customer's anguish, Because it didn't happen with them!!! They have n't got in any emergency. Suppose you are in emergency you need AMBULANCE, POLICE, FREIND'S SUPPORT OR DO ANY URGENT E-MAIL and your network sucks!! Then what will you do??? Ofcourse you will try to call 121 to inquire!! But what will you do when by pressing 9 your call gets disconnected and suck your blood badly!!! Even Customer care executive was not accessible on 9815098150 from TATA and other operators. But regret to think that I am barking at a knot (AIRTEL) and I know very well they can't understand our problems until they get trapped in any terrible fix!! Only THE WEARER KNOWS THE WHERE THE SHOE PINCHES!!! But sorry they haven't worn any uncomfortable shoe yet!! I am sure that when they will recieve this

complaint an executive on the other side will answer in a lifeless robotic wording.

WE REGRET FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO YOU'' and his job gets done!!

Today 30 APR. 2010 at 05:50 A.M., I made a call to 121 and luckily I was able to talk to CCE and On asking He said you can talk only 2 to 3 times a day or in 2 days and if you call again your

number will be blocked. But when I asked him why this repugnant behavior towards customers?? Somebody must have a genuine or emergency problem? Then?? He said I can understand and its injustice but nothing is in my hand and when I requested to talk to senior one He put me on hold for long time and Call got disconnected from AIRTEL'S side.

You can see very vividly what a blinking cruddy services AIRTEK is providing!! and I am sure that from 10 May their executives will put us on hold for long time and eat our HARD EARNED MONEY recklessly!! Thousand of customers have gone through these problems. If you search on GOOGLE with keyword AIRTEL COMPLAINTS you will get to know!!! But AIRTEL'S who cares attitude sucks!!!

I am gonna to write a BIG COMPLAINT to Consumer forum, CNBC TV18'S BEWARE AND OTHER MEDIA. I have no hope from AIRTEL'S Unprofessional and misguiding system! I need a justice. We the consumers want Best!! Due to such devilish acts of yours our country is developING and never gets develoPED.Due to very few insensible customers who call 121 for TIMEPASS, You are not supposed to kill all customers mentally. Your conversations are recorded. Why don't they take serious actions or issue a SMS warning to all customers that If some one talks indecent or improper his connection will be disconnected and then they will have a recorded proof and It will soothe an honest customers.

Change must be brought to system and stop blocking and avoiding customers. Customer is a King and You treat us like a cut-throat dog!!! Why We Indians always do a compromise!! Don't forget that Airtel is getting paid to take care of us!!! Its our right!!!

To sum up, I know best that You will not do anything and I will have to send my complaints to TRAI, Consumer forum and Media for making pressure.

Whatever! I had to release my frustrations and anguish which I got yesterday from AIRTEL.At least It will make me light and calm and boost my confidence. But sorry to say AIRTELhas been failed in your endeavor and has lost its charm! I am surprised about the CEO Sanjay Kapoor's Interview to economictimes In which he said''our ethos to build a lean and mean organization'' Sorry to say He should have said '' our ethos to build a mean organization''In which they have been successful widely! Congrats to AIRTEL!!
