Alance deduction

Hello Sir/Mam,

I am using airtel number 9872335090. From last 7-8 days company is deducting my balance for no reason. I get the message "last call charges...". Sometimes company deduct 10 paise or sometimes 30 paise. Neither i make call nor i send message when balance is deducted. I thought some button would be pressed while mobile is in my pocket but this was not the case when i checked. I talked to Airtel customer care. They advised me to switch my mobile off and take sim out and insert again. I did as they said but still this problem is continue. Please try to solve my problem.
