i Call the Customer Care many Times To Resolve My Complain But There Is No Solution Given To Me

I Request 6 TO 7 Times To Stop My VAS Which I Never Start Any Time But Every time the attendent says

sir this is not done by us it is activate by your side they deduct money shamelessly. I am suffering

From Airtel & I Want to take them to consumer forum. PLz tell me the process i want take legal action against This Froud Company
