I am really ashamed to tell u about your services provided to us by the customer care{121} kindly look into this matter by upgrading ur services and your reputation your company is having is going down by share negligence of customer care nd complete staff.

bringing to your knoledge that i am having perpaid connection from airtel no 8171122374frm last couple of months.i had applied

for an activation of mms service with your company about a month back, but till date i have received no reply for the same. Ithink that you all are not bothered do so.you are not doing a favour to us but we are all doing favour to you all by giving all this on same i would like to tell your customer care executive are being connected but they keep there phone on hold you no that its a payble service and we are running in loss hopefully you will look into this matter and do the needfull for a same.
