I am using airtell mobile since last 3 years (9228130182). I was making payment regularly, my last payment detail as under
20/04/2010 refrence no.75140680111031496768972 BHARTI CELLULAR LIMITED 1, 678.00
12/04/2010 refrence no.75425310102690113900010 BHARTI CELLULAR LTD 4, 300.00
one payment made on 16-06-10 that payment detail i have done this payment in cash to airtell executive.
From last two monts they have stoped my servises, they are telling me that i have not done any payment since i have activeted my mobile no (since last 5 months) Acctually i am using this phone no since last three years. and doing payment regularly.
I have done payment of 4300 rs. in month of may but the payment was not reflecting in my next bill so i had talk to custemer care officer, nodal officer and even i have visited several time to airtel gallary, But i have not get any resolution after that i also paid 1600 rs twise. but that also not reflect in my next bill. after that they discontinue my mobile no. After 15 days in mont of agust i had several call from airtell colection team regarding payment. I had given all the details to them. But every 3 to 4 days they call me for payment but not giving any resolution of payment i have done in past. they are literally harresing me and forcing me to do payment.
Now Airtell collection officer using my dialed phone no. They calling my all reletive, parents wife, friends and harresing them and me also. i told them details then they are telling that we dont have these details so you have to pay
