Myself Roma Bhatia, working with Adani Group, I am facing network problem despite of my office being located in the centre of the ahmedabad city.
There is hell lot of problem while calling and messaging and also GPRS is half of the time not connected. And above this if we call customer care, they are unable to handle our complains well. From my past experience I have learnt that calling customer care is just a waste of time money and efforts. Atleast we could expect that the managers would handle the grievances of the customers but am sorry to say that we have not got any kind of support yet. Managers and other staff are inefficient to deal with customer and cannot handle their grievance well.
Based upon this experience I now repent. The services provided are unsatisfactory & pathetic, brand name of Airtel is huge but the support and services provided as experienced by me was depressing.
