Airtel
"do not disturb registry"

I have registered do not disturb in airtel customer care on 16th nov. they informed me that this will take 45 days means i will not receive any calls or msgs from airtel after 31st dec. but i received msgs from airtel after the said date. i complained again on 5th jan and they assured me that nothing will come with immidiate effect but i received 1 promo msg on 6th and two promo msgs on 8th jan 11.

please do needful to sort this out.
