Not given to my refundable deposit

I have purchase airtel postpaid card and i have also refundable deposit paid to airtel company for use airtel connection. as per scheme of airtel company: when your will stop the connection of aitel connection then i (airtel) have pay deposit of you, and i have another 2 card of airtel company without deposit, therefor i have also stop airtel connection postpaid card and i reach the airtel head office and i say return to my deposit, but they tell me: you have all 3 card cancel then after return my deposit but i say i have paid only for 1 connection and i was already cancel my postpaid card, please return my refundable deposit,
