AirTel friends chat service (5432163) has been irritating me by calling at odd hours..like 2am in then night. It has also deducted Rs. 30 from my balance (29th August).
I have no wish to subscribe to this service. I want my balance to be returned and an immediate deactivation of this service. my number is 9974389472. If nothing is done immediately, i'll sue airtel in the consumer court in this regard.
This is no way to treat your customers.
