Echarge unsucessful but charged

I had recharged my airtel number 8016965662 with Rs 333 through my Axis internet banking... The bank showed a debit of the said amount whereas no money was credited to my number ..This happened around 0830 hours on 9th sep'11. After lodging a complaint to the customer care i got a message with a reference number CBNRA30909130189, but no action has taken place since then.

I have recharged through internet banking several times but this was the first time i faced such problem. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
