Scheme activation

Hello,

this is harpreet singh using 9896968595 airtel prepaid no. Before someday airtel activated a scheme of fifa world cup a charged rs. 5 for it. But i did not call them or do anything for activation of the scheme.. Then i called customer care, they deactivated it, but again it was activated n charge rs 5. three times it happened and charged rs 5.
