Services stopped without notice

I, rajinder singh being using airtel prepaid no 9878928817 fr almost one year, suddenly one day wen i was out of station, my phone started giving msg"sim registration failed", after reaching bak to amritsar wen i chkd with airtel they say its due to "negative verification"

No one has any idea wat it means neither they know whom to chk with, or which dept handles it, neither they hv any contact numbers (surprising its dept of biggest telecom company working without any phone number)

I wan to know,

1) why my number was disconnected

2) wat was negative in my verification

3) wen was it conducted n by whom

4) why was't i informed b4 disconnection or now wen i m asking fr specfic reason

5) who is responsible
