Deactivation os sim card

I already submitted a complaint but there was no action taken. i bought a new sim card. it got blocked for what reason i don't know. then i went to franchisee of (anantnag, Anchidora). he provided a duplicate sim to me and told that it will be activated soon. about two and a half months spent but it cannot ge activated. i also went to the distributor but they are not providing an accurate information to the customer. the customer care does not respond to any complaint of me. when i phoned customer care from my friend's airtel number, they deactivate the customer care number due to which my friend has also to face the problem of not contacting to customer care. the customer care and the distributor of anantnag town are not responding to my sim card.

my alternate number is 9906665919. its customer care service has also been deactivared by the company. i am in a trouble as i am the student of a university which is in india. (i have got a distance admission in it) i have provided the the number which is 9596236465 but it get blocked. due to this reason the said number means a lot to me as they make calls to the students for various updates from time to time. if i will not be in contact with university it becomes a problem for me only because of Airtel company and its distributors.
