My no. 9004755553 which was switch off before more than 2 months n i on it on 12th nov just to check it n the balance was 36 INR n than i switch off it. my no. was hardly on for 2 minute. Than i on it on 18th nov n the balance was 15 INR n today on 22 nov my balance is 5 INR. i talk to customer care they told that i activate "SheroShayari" service n its charge 3 INR per Day. so they deduct my 30 INR for this service which i didnt activate n not even see any message from SheroShayari on my no. I explained them than my no. was off n on 12th nov i on my no. n i just check my balance n i off my no. so how can i activate any service so they told that they can refund only 9 INR to me as i argu them that u take my 30 INR so plz refund my whole 30 INR because i didnt active it. so they r now not refundind my 30 INR. plz help me n i want to tell u that this is not the first time that Airtel did this kind of mistake. on my other no. n my friends no. also they deduct money n as we inquire about to deduction of money they reply the same that "Sir U Have Urself Activate That Service" n than they deactivate it. The main point is that Airtel active any service on any no. n than blaming n lying to customer that u have done it. it is the other way of income of Airtel by fooling customer.plz take action against Airtel n tell them to stop fooling customer who trust them. thank u.
