I have taken an Airtel connection on behalf of our company vide connection No 8008383131. Once the call is over, it never get disconnected. When I have contacted Airtel, after blaming my handset and my compliant in writing, they have given me new sim card. After few days the same problem is recurring and we are getting high bills as airtel manage their software to charge higheir bills to the consumers by cheating with their softwatre gimmics. I understand this problem is natural with Airtel specially with their 64K sims.
Airtel...! Please rectify and solve the problem permanantly or else face consumer case. I am giving you one week time to you.
