I have switched from wonderfull services OF VODAFONE to PIG SHIT AIRTEL (UNFORTUNATELY) after me switching i have really faced an horrible problem from airtel customer care i tell AIRTEL CCS is really piece of shit an all working people customer care excutives are trained like buffaloes ha ha I LOVE VODAFONE.AIRTEL might be good for service and network but VODAFONE is best for customer satisfaction i think consumer support should take an action against AIRTEL SHIT network
