Frequent calls from unknown source

My cell phone gets calls trequently, the caller is a stranger, I cannot call the number to tell that I should not be disturbed. The numbers are: 911400330023 . The Airtel co. who is providing pre paid service to me must know. But there is no way I can speak to the Airtel peole.

Each day there are umpty number of Airtel messages, they have no business to disturb the customer so often in a day. Airtel must know that the slogan of Open Market Consumer Driven Economy that Customer is the King.
