Cheating in charging the postpaid bill

Hi,

I am Sai. I am using air tel postpaid plan. Two months back i.e in April They changed my account number of bill payment with out any request from my side. And Then for The duration of 20th April to 1st may They charged The bill on daily basis. I have two Value added services (Internet pack & Message offer) with monthly rentals of Rs 99 and Rs 98. But in The bill They are asking me to pay complete charges of This two value added services in That duration, which is usually I pay monthly. But here They are charging This amount just for The duration of 10 days. And I paid These charges in The May bill and again They added These amount as one time charge in The bill of June and asking me to pay which I have to pay two times. This happened not only for me. Who are using air tel postpaid plans (I am saying in The case people who are just around me) They are also paying extra amount like This. So could you please tell me is This cheating or not and suggest me with possible solution.
