No response from your customer care

Sir,

I want to inform you that i had a balance of Rs215 out of which i have activated the GPRS connection for which i was charged Rs 98 then i called up the customer care for its settings but instead of that he sent me the Airtel live settings and then the customer care activated all the airtel live properties. For this around Rs100 was deducted from my account. Sir kindly have a look over the matter.
