Refund the amount wich airtel fords from me

Respected sir,

I have Airtel connection (9940113033) since past 3 and 1/2 years. Due to call rates, i applied for MNP to TATA DOCOMO.

Airtel offer me to continue Airtel with low call rates, after cancellation of MNP.

.And i send the cancellation to Airtel and i got the acception from Airtel.

But after 2 Days Airtel port out me. In between i top up 202 rupees.

I already complain (CMRA20120022794 on 28/01) to nodal officer (Airtel) to refund me the amount which i topup before a day.
