I am really tired of calling Airtel's customer care now a days. If you have money in your pocket they will snatch it and customer care accepts this that they are happy to be a fraud company. I opted for 19 Rs (Rs. 1 for 3 minutes) at my two Airtel Mobile Numbers 093188 61880 and 098169 52323 and they said we are not aware about the recharges. My God what a bullshit company since customer care says its your mistake why you recharged. Please make sure do not either OPT this company for MNP or choose as your service provider. It is such a small money and I opted to get the call benefits but i lost trust on this company now. I applied one of the number to be ported in another company and waiting for second number to complete 3 months. Bye Bye Airtel.
