Sir, Vide Sl. No.8449702, I have Post Paid Mobile connection No.9810175549. Despite my request for Rs.690/- yearly plan, I am being charged for monthly rental Rs.300/- and even also being charged for free calls as well. I am also not receiving paper bill. Please ratify my bill at the earliest.
