I had taken a sim number (9731352391) on 9th oct.
The sim was working for 4 months, and there was a balance of Rs.260 when suddenly on 8th Feb it became inactive. It was neither possibe to make any call or receive any.
Airtel told me that my sim card has been recycled and they cannot revive it as per TRAI reccomendations.
They are not able to pay me back the balance in the account as per TRAI guidelines. I had given my documents just 4 months back to them. If they want it i can furnish the documents again. But they are not going to take it!
Now I can take a new airtel number if I want!!!
To hell with airtel.
