Complaint Unheard & disconnection of Outgoing calls

I am using an Airtel post paid connection by the No. 98802 07374, almost more than 1 year back I had called the customer care and registered the complaint regarding non receipt of network coverage and there was no response from the company for next 3 months I used to call every day & every time I was assured that the network problem will be resolved in next week... and that never happened. I had visited the Airtel office for more than 3 times and lastly for fighting for 3 long months some of the Airtel executive visited the residence and checked and found that the area of Banashankari II Stage has got some serious network issues to be addressed.

After 15 days of the visit a network booster was installed at my residence. Soon after i had given my feedback, regarding non satisfaction of the service of network booster.

Subsequently I had also met Mr. Sanjeeb Kalita the customer relations head of Karnataka region. He had assured me that the complaint will be resolved in next couple of months and new site will be installed at the Banashankari II Stage. I had asked for an appointment with the CEO, but was unable to get the same.

Till date there is no progress on the same & I have been following up on the same on a continuous basis. Every time I get an answer that the complaint will be escalated to the technical department. Now I wonder that is there any technical department in the Airtel office??

For the last 3 months I have not paid my Airtel mobile bill and have asked the company to rectify the problem faced and to provide a permanent solution for the network coverage issue.

Now I have noticed that the outgoing call facility on my mobile is barred and I cannot do anything. I had also asked the Airtel officers to waive off the last one year billing against my no. There were numerous telecom conversation on this issue but all unheard.

Is it the responsibility of the customer to make the timely payment of the mobile bills and the service providers to ignore all the complaints and to disconnect the facility for the mistake of their own? Till now I used to make my payment on timely basis, but an attitude like this by a service provider is not justifiable at any point of time.

I am complaining in the forum against the activities of the service provider Airtel, for the unethical practise of the service provider.
