I bought AIRTEL sim 4 years back. Number is 9902669215
I have been using around 4 years. Submitted all the necessary documents that time.
Now I have been getting SMS to re-submit the documents once again because of some mismatch or something.
When I called customer care they are not repsonding properly. I got frusted because of these AX-airtel (document submission) message.
Why you people are asking documents, after 4 years. Did not you check that time when I bought sim. You should have told that documents are not valid. so that i could have sumbit other valid one....
Please consider this as my official complaint and help me to regain back
