As per your messages/calls, I resubmitted all the required documents in Electronic City Post Office on 29.Nov.2010. Unfortunately, I am still getting the messages from Airtel saying that I didn't submit the documents and my connections will be called off. I tried calling 198 and registering the complaint about it but of no use I don't understand Kannada and they don't know English/Hindi.
My mobile number is 9731456802. Can you please confirm that you received the required documents and my service will not be discontinued for this reason?
