Airtel prepaid document resubmission

Hi Mr Airtel,

I am keep getting message from airtel that i have to resubmit all the document to resubmission center.

Cell no: 99 0 2929 0 56

As I have this number since three years and when I bought sim card I have given all documents with photo graphs.

Now its amassing that Airtel Don't know how to keep document safe or if they don't have all my documents why they didn't call me earlier.

My outgoing from this phone is stop without any clarification or call from airtel.

They are keep sending SMS.

And there are no near resubmission center. So for the documents I have to travel almost 4 to 6 km.

and its for Airtel Mistake noway.

If there will be no resolution I will simply quit service from Airtel Great Company who don't care about legal documents of customers.
