Accidental online Payment to Airtel

Hi,

My name is Pompana Gouda. 2 months back I was making online payment for my credit card and accidentally I selected wrong payee and made the payment. The payee was my old Airtel post-paid account which I closed 2 years back. It has already been converted to pre-paid now.

After this accidental payment when I checked with Airtel, they are saying they dont have any idea. When I approach my bank ICICI Bank, I dont get any good response from them. I dont know how to resolve this problem, since the payment was of Rs 7, 000. Please advice.
