Illegally charged

Hi my name is Sulabh Gupta, I have some complaints regarding the AIRTEL services :

Yesterday I got a message from AD 54321 saying :

"Thanks for downloading ColinMcRaeDirt from Airtel, You have been charged Rs 99 ."

and when i see my account 99 rs have been deducted from my account. This is ridiculous, i have'nt downloaded any thing but they have charged me and when i called on the customer care, they put me on hold for 8-10 minutes and were charging 50 ps per minute. I am sorry but i am really pissed of with this

Also i have been getting messages from 55381 regarding some cricket news and they are charging me 1 rs per day. I haven't subscribed for this service.

When i googled these numbers i found that there has been a lot of similar complaints...

Any airtel customer care person if reading please reply otherwise I have no problem in going to the consumer forum...
