I have a Airtel number for which the messages are free but last week though there were free messages Rs 1 was getting deducted for each sms, added to this When trying to contact Airtel Customer service it got connected once, then Airtel customer service disconnected the call even before listening to my query.
Then again when I tried to contact Airtel Customer service continously getting engaged, this is the kind of Low class service Airtel s providing to its customers.
First of all Airtel customer service purposely not picking call.
I have a complaint against Airtel for mobile browsing for browsing short time 5 minutes, Airtel has deducted Rs 50 & there s no proper explanation from Airtel customer service. Stringent action should be taken against such mobile service provide
