Illegal balance deduction by Airtel since 18 March to at present

My name is Pankaj Sahu mobile number is 9880072202.

Yet, I didn't get any response from airtel while i have been complaining for this problem since 18 March and yesterday night (3 April) again 1 rs deducted from my account while My Airtel Live has Deactivated..

Customer care said one < Chat service is downloading again and again due to airtel live> so How it is possible that in absence of Airtel Live Service...!

so including last day, total balance has deducted by airtel is 10rs... Customer care said that this is not Refundable...

I'm very disappointed by listening this...

and I am not understanding that Why my 198 complaint number is still blocked by Airtel and no actions are taken by Airtel...!

Airtel is sucking the blood (In money form) of Customers...!
