Hi,
On 17th of March i applied for Airtel Broadband Connection. After waiting for about 10 days i didn't get any update regarding the status of my application. When i called customer care they told me that it's not possible to provide broadband connection in my locality. But by that time they already withdrew the amount of RS. 699 from my account. Now when i am calling them for the refund of my money they are simply ignoring my call.
Request you to please do the needful.
