I Vinay S K having mobile number: 9035111004, ported from Tata docomo to Airtel on 8th feb and after that I am facing problem of deduction in my balance untimely for none of the services availed.
This problem of deduction of my balance for no reason is happening for the third time with in 2 months.

The last compliant was raised on 20th April and was supposed to be resolved by 6pm on 26th April.
the problem did not get resolved and I had to call them up again and the customer care executive named Asha told that we will call you back with in 4hrs by 1pm, 27-4. so far haven't received any call from them.
Huge inconvenience has been caused to me and this problem seems to be repeating.
And I want the compensation for the above inconvenience caused.
