Having lost my SIM I applied for a duplicate sim the next day at around noon (4 May). I was told that the duplicate sim for my postpaid connection would be activated within 4 hours, its more than 12 hours now, and is still not activated. The customer care person asks me to get information from the place where I got the duplicate sim! This is so not customer friendly. I am choosing to disconnect the service as I am tired of this waiting.
