Wrong billing for 3G

On 12 April, my 3G plan was changed from 250 MB to 100 MB without my authorization, and without informing me. As I based my usage on a 250 MB limit, I was slapped with a huge bill.

My usage in the billing period was 254 MB, and would have needed to pay Rs. 202 approximately.

As my plan was changed to 100 MB without my knowledge, I got a bill of around Rs. 2500.

I request Airtel to correct this error, and bill me according to the plan I had requested; not according to a plan which suits Airtel.
