Duplicate SIM not activated within Max 4 hrs

Dear Sir/Madam

I have got my duplicate SIM card today from Mahadevapura Airtel Relationship center, Bangalore. I couldn't contact the Relationship office as you make sure that the number is not available on the internet or with JustDial (or any search web sites)

Still the SIM has not been activated. Kindly help me on this issue and take action ASAP.
