I've ported my number from idea to airtel few months back.
On porting time I provided my driving licence as proof, after 1 month of porting I got a message from airtel saying that I have to submit the docs again. Then after that I submitted the docs two times (one time DL and one time passport with complete and thorough verification done by the airtel faculty).
But again I got the message about submitting docs and this time my outgoing has been barred.
I have few queries on your doc verification process, when we submit docs we get the ack no, but if we try to get the status of that ack, there will be no update in your data centre. Why is it so?
Even after submitting the docs my connection got barred, is your procedure of updating docs that much weak?
please answer to the queries promptly, so that many people who facing the same problem get to know how the airtel service works.
