Dear All,
I have a pre-paid connection with Airtel. In the past four months, I have seen that my re-charged amount gets used up even without me making any call. I found out they send lot of messages which I have not even requested for. Even after raising complaint in the 198 number, I keep receiving some messages and amount gets deducted. How can raise a complaint against Airtel on these unfair trade practices? Please help
