I have Airtel connection with #9740116446. I was auto-subscribed for some service by name "ghar aaya jyotishya" and I have been charged Rs2/per day. I have never activated this service. After calling Customer Service, they deactivated the service and but did not register the complaint for auto-subscribing the service. I was charged the amount of Rs42 (2Rs/day for 21days). The response from the customer centre was really disappointing.
The customers are being cheated this way by auto subscribing such wasteful services.
