Unnecessary debiting my A/C balance by Airtel

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Since 9th July Airtel is debiting Rs.5 daily from my account towards subscription for Hungama Club which I have never subscribed. My Mobile No. is 9008172909. I want the company to unsubscribe my account immediately and forthwith refund the amount which already debited. Thank You.
