On 1st November around 9:20 PM, I got an SMS from AX-Netxel that Daily Rental GPRS pack has been activated on my mobile.
My phone is just a simple phone without any Internet capability! I immediately deactivated the service and called customer care, they informed
me that I called airtel at around 9:17 PM and talked to one Mr. Chandrasekhar and requested for activating daily pack!!
I never called anyone, my mobile does not even have Internet facility, I repeatedly told the same to customer service executive, she just arrogantly told nothing can be done. How can company be so arrogant and deduct money from prepaid account and misbehave with customer.
Airtel should share with me the call record in which I had asked for MO service. Else I would have to escalate this issue.
