Prepaid connection getting disconnected as insufficient balance inspite of having sufficient balance

I would like to raise the same complaint for my Airtel prepaid phone number bearing 9632148051. Inspite of having sufficient balance I am unable to make calls and I am also getting an automated reply as ‘U HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE A CALL and gets disconnected. I have faced a lot of problems because of it, unable to make important calls at most urgent times.

I tried contacting airtel helpline and even that gets disconnected, because of insufficient balance. It requires a minimum balance of 50paise.

I called up customer care services so many times but nobody is taking the responsibility and no one ready to take up this issue seriously. Sometimes i was put on hold for some 15 min or more than that saying they are transferring this call to somebody else and they never come back. Sometimes they themselves cut off the call. Sometimes they say its a problem with your handset but let me make it very clear to you that i changed my handset last month only. This problem was there even before changing my handset. I told them the same but they do not agree. I am highly disappointed with the way you guys are responding. I am facing a lot of problems because of this.

Please make sure that this doesn’t happen again.
