Money deducted from prepaid mobile balance without using service

Sir,

I am using Airtel prepaid service and my mobile number is 9663070557. i have recharged my prepaid balance with Rs333 on 18 Jan. also i have activated 2G internet with Rs19 of 100 MB for 3days internet package and used internet approx 1 hours which generally deducted around 10 MB. also i might have did hardly 3 local calls for less then 10 mins. on 19 Jan my mobile balance was completely finished and i was left with only Rs7 in my prepaid balance. when i called airtel customer care to know why they have deducted the balance, they have not answered my query and disconnected my call without resolving my issue. Request you to take some action against Airtel so that they return my balance.
