Subject: For re-creiting the amount cut from my balance for no reason

Sir/Madam,

I'm an airtel customer and my cell number is 919742255119. An amount of Rs. 300 has been deducted from my balance for no reason known to me. Only amount spared is Rs 0.03 because of which I was not able to make some urgent calls. I called Airtel customer care and registered complaints with reference number's CBDCC30217858492 and CBDCC20218592379, but all went in vain. The customer support is not providing a good support, though its meant to support its customers. Please do the needful and credit my money back to my account.

Also it would have been better, if I received a call back from Airtel regarding this.
