This is mohd imtiyaz, i am using this Airtel no: 9663527969 for more than a year. I wanted to port out from Airtel to Tata Docomo T24 Network. i got the upc (AX795263) code from airtel on 14th of March and on the same day i submitted my documents and applied for portability to the T24 dealer at BigBazaar. Time and again i contacted Airtel customer care and T24 customer care to avail no satisfying reply. All these days i had to go through mental trauma. Every time i call them, they are saying there is no issue from their side. But on the insistence of Airtel customer executive i resubmitted my documents to T24 dealer again on 26th March at the same place. Again after waiting for 7 more days when i contacted airtel and T24 customer executives i am getting the same reply. please help me.
